I was astounded and impressed.

Dear Robin and Eric,

Thank you is not nearly enough to say for your kindness, professionalism and enormous assistance with the sale of my Columbia Square townhouse in University Town Center.

I have always felt that when selling a property it is best to work with an area specialist whenever possible. I know of you two because of the wealth of advertising I had seen of yours, which I believe is what sells properties. I went to your website and sent a brief message, saying I was interested in listing my property. Eric called me in under a minute. I was astounded and impressed.

We met the next day at my townhouse. I have to admit it was in terrible shape. College students (including my own children) had been living there for years, and it showed. As you remember, I told you I was feeling overwhelmed and really did not know where to begin. Eric jumped on the phone and within a few minutes I had appointments set up for estimates on painting, new flooring and carpet cleaning. You both kindly listened to my story.

From that moment on things seemed to fall into place. I heard from you daily, always keeping me in the loop. I cannot think of one thing that I could have asked for that you did not deliver–without my needing to ask. I was astounded at your knowledge of the area and every real estate transaction that had ever taken place in the University Town Center. You brought in a photographer who did beautiful still photography as well as a virtual tour. Robin, you sat many open houses and showed it more times that I can count. Within a month we had multiple offers, and closed in two. I think I got the best price possible even in a volatile market.

I had such a wonderful and positive experience working with you. You two are the perfect compliment to each other–two fabulous agents for the price of one! The whole experience cold not have been better. Not only was it a positive business experience, but I also fee I have made two wonderful friends. Thank you again for everything.

Sincerely yours,

Lorrie Campbell
